Beware Scams!

Trading Standards have received lots of reports of an email purporting to be from the HM Courts and Tribunals Service charging you £25 for a Penalty Charge for parking – this will be increased to £100 if not paid within 28 days. This is a SCAM – it asks you to click on a link to pay. Remember – 

• Legitimate organisations will NEVER contact you in this way
• NEVER click on links in emails and texts
• Scam emails can be forwarded to the Suspicious Email Reporting Service on [email protected]
